Credit and debit cards are taken securely online through our payment gateway. Card details are entered directly into the gateway and never reach our servers. You can also choose to have the counter call you to arrange payment, which is how most trade accounts settle.

Yes. Use Request Quote on any product or send us your bill of materials from the contact page, and the counter will come back with project pricing and lead times.

Yes. Trade and volume pricing is agreed per account. Tell us about your business on the contact form and we will set up the right pricing for your orders.

We deliver throughout Ontario from our Mississauga and Hamilton branches, and we ship further afield where a job needs it. Tell us the site address and we will confirm the option and the cost before the order is picked.

Stocked lines ordered before the afternoon cut-off usually move the same or next working day within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area. Special-order lines depend on the manufacturer, and the counter will confirm a date when the order is placed.

Yes. Choose collection at checkout and the team will stage the order at the branch you picked. Call ahead on a large order and they will have it ready.

Use the Track Order link at the top of any page. You will need the order number from your confirmation email and the email address the order was placed with. Signed-in customers can see every order in their account.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from the order value and the destination, and it is shown in full before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Every product page shows live availability from the same stock record the counter works from. If a line is short, the page says so rather than letting you order what is not there.

The ranges overlap but the depth differs by branch. If you need a specific quantity at a specific counter, call ahead and the team will confirm or move it between branches.

Yes, that is what the counter is for. Send us the part number and the application and we will offer an equivalent that meets the same specification.

We distribute for more than fifty manufacturers and can special order many more. The Brands page lists the lines we stock and the lines available on request.

We supply products certified for use in Canada. Certification marks and manufacturer cut sheets are available from the counter for any line we carry.
